We offer free Ground Shipping and Handling via Fed Ex Ground on most items within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders
Additional shipping and handling charges will apply on all orders to these destinations. Our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with a detailed shipping quote to your specific location.

International Orders
For international orders, GST, PST and duty estimates will be provided. If you would like to receive a quote prior to placing your order, simply contact our customer service professionals at 888-488-0885 (Toll Free) or sales@lightingshowroom.com. We will be glad to advise you of shipping rates and delivery options that are available to you. Taxes, duty, brokerage and customs fees associated with International orders cannot be paid by Lighting Showroom.

Minimum Order Charges
Minimum order charges will apply to orders less than $100. There will be a $15 charge for orders less than $50 and a $10 charge for orders between $50 &and $99.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available on most items. The available shipping methods and associated costs will appear as an option in the checkout screen. Due to variations in weight and delivery location, the amount given may need to be adjusted. If an adjustment is required, we will contact you for approval prior to processing your order.

Truck Freight
Items that ship by truck are handled personally by our trained staff. If you have chosen an item that requires truck delivery our customer service professionals will contact you to verify the delivery location. Some locations or circumstances may require special arrangements, and some items will require additional charges which our staff can assist you in calculating.

Most freight companies will contact you the day of or the day prior to delivery to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. Standard LTL (Freight) shipments can only be delivered to curbside and the delivery driver will be unable to assist you with unloading or moving the freight beyond that point. We suggest that you have help on hand to assist you when you expect the delivery.

When you receive your order please make sure to count and verify all of the items. If you sign a freight bill saying you received all of the items, and later discover you are missing something, you will not be able to file a claim.

Inspect all cartons for any signs of damage, holes, water damage, etc., and have the driver note any damage or missing items directly on the freight bill. If necessary, have the driver watch as you open and inspect the cartons for damage. Please do not sign until you are sure you've received your order as stated in good condition and/or the driver has noted any damage and/or shortage. This is very important, if you sign that you received an order complete and in good condition and later find damage or shortage, you will not be able to file a claim with the freight company.

Important: Lighting Showroom is unable to accept returns on custom, international and trade orders.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased at www.LightingShowroom.com, non-custom fixtures that have not been installed may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the item.
  • For a return:
  • – Call us right away by phone at 888-488-0885 (Toll Free) or by e-mail at returns@lightingshowroom.com.
    – We will provide you with return instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization number and our shipping address via e-mail.
    – Please print your RMA instructions and enclose them in the package(s) for return so that we may easily identify your order for processing.
    – Return the item(s) using either Federal Express, UPS or DHL, as the items can be insured, and tracking is also available.
    – Allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
  • In order to receive a full refund, the item must:
  • – NOT have been installed
    – Include all components & accessories
    – Be packed with the original manufacturer’s packaging materials
    – Be returned within 30 days of receipt
    – Have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    – Be returned to www.LightingShowroom.com (NOT the manufacturer of the light).

    Note: An item is considered to have been installed if any wire has been cut, the ends of the wires are not in “like new” condition, screws are not in their original packaging, canopies and/or arms are scratched or show obvious signs of assembly, installation, etc.

  • A refund will not be issued if:
    – An item is returned to the incorrect address
    – A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has not been issued
    – It has been more than 30 days since the item was received
    – An item has been installed

    Note: In cases where a refund cannot be give, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange and pay to have their item picked up from our office within 30 days.
  • Shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • – Please use Federal Express, UPS or DHL so that you can insure your item(s) for the purchase amount.
    – In the event that we receive your return damaged, you will need to file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement as we cannot credit you for the return of damaged goods.
    – This is a rare occurrence and our customer care staff will assist you, if needed, in filing a claim.
  • Trade and Volume Orders are Excluded
  • – Lighting Showroom cannot accept returns on orders that have been placed as “Trade” accounts, nor on quantities of ten (10) or greater for a single item, or of orders that exceed $2000.00.
    – We suggest that you request a sample or order a single item if you are unsure of the product, so that any quality or manufacturing concerns are addressed.
    – It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the quantity and to contact us prior to ordering to resolve any questions.

Limited Warranty

Hinkley Lighting warrants all its Products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to certain conditions and exclusions, for the following time periods from the date the Product was shipped to the original end use purchaser.

Indoor Lighting Fixtures
  • Electrical Components - Lifetime
  • Finish - 15 years
Outdoor Lighting Fixtures (Excluding Hinkley Lighting Landscape products**)
  • Electrical wiring & sockets - 12 years
  • LED components - 5 years
  • Finish - 2 years
What Hinkley will do

Hinkley will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Hinkley inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within the applicable time period above, subject to the following conditions and exclusions.

What is not covered

The following costs, expenses and damages are not covered by the provisions of this limited warranty: (i) labor costs including, but not limited to, such costs as the removal and reinstallation of Product; (ii) shipping and freight expenses required to return Product to Hinkley.

All warranties only apply to the original end use purchaser and original installation of Products. This warranty is not transferable.

The provisions of this warranty do not apply to Products: (i) used in commercial applications; (ii) used for purposes for which they are not designed or intended; (iii) which have been subjected to alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence or accident; (iv) which have been improperly stored, installed, maintained or operated; (v) which have been used in violation of written instructions provided by Hinkley; (vi) which have been subjected to improper temperature, humidity or other environmental conditions; or (vii) which, based on Hinkley's examination, do not disclose to Hinkley's satisfaction non-conformance to the warranty.

Additionally, this warranty DOES NOT COVER scratches, abrasions, or deterioration due to the use of paints, solvents, chemicals or abrasive cleaning techniques.

The above warranties also do not apply if:
  • The original bill of sale, delivery date, or product number cannot be verified.
  • The parts claimed to be defective are not returned for inspection if so requested by Hinkley.
  • The product is not in the possession of the original end use purchaser.
** Hinkley Lighting Landscape products are exclusively covered by a separate Limited Warranty.
