Not only were the lights great, Anita is the best customer service person I have ever worked with. Many phone calls, numerous emails, and the most friendly service and dedication to the customer I have ever experienced. We plan to use them again and again for a complete lighting update for our home.
Occasionally items are out of stock due to high demand. In the event that an item you have selected is on back order, we will notify you within one business day to provide the expected availability date and allow you to decide if you would like to keep your order in place to reserve the item(s) and wait for it to arrive. Back ordered items will not be charged to your credit card until the items are available to ship and are allocated to your order.
In most cases, items on our site ship directly from the manufacturer and if they are out of stock, we are unable to source the product for you elsewhere. Occasionally, back order dates can be extended and if you choose to keep your order in place, we will also provide you with regular updates on the status of your reserved item(s).
We do our best to provide accurate availability information on our site, but from time-to-time items may be discontinued or placed on back order by the manufacturer without notice.
