If for any reason you need to cancel your non-custom order, we ask that you do so within 24 hours.
You may submit your request to cancel any non-custom order by e-mailing us at
sales@lightingshowroom.com or calling us at 888-488-0885 (Toll Free).
Upon receipt, we will immediately make every attempt to cancel your order. Since most of our orders ship quickly, there is a possibility we will be unable to cancel your order. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but it may be returned. We will notify you of your order status as soon as possible.
In the event that we are unable to cancel your order, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please do not refuse the delivery of your order as this will result in additional shipping and restocking fees being deducted from your refund.
Custom items and international orders may not be cancelled. |
