We ask that you open and inspect all items within 48 hours of receipt.
In the event that you discover damage or defects, it is imperitive that you notify us immediately. We have a very small window of opportunity to file a damage claim with the shipper and once this has lapsed, they may elect to void your claim. It is also important that you keep all packing materials for inspection by the shipper.
