Awesome interaction with the online CHAT feature. I was in a hurry to get the lights and needed to know exactly when they would ship. The assistant called Hudson Valley to confirm the actual ship date so I was confident in the date. Other companies were guessing at the date the lights would be sent and that was not enough.
