If for any reason you are unsatisfied with uninstalled non-custom items purchased from our online catalog, contact us within 30 days to arrange for a return. We will be happy to exchange it for another item or credit your charge card for the original purchase price.
Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging and include all materials or they will not be accepted. If you choose to return an item via the US Postal Service it will not be insurance for damage. We cannot give credit for damaged goods and you would need to submit a damage claim with whatever carrier you have chosen.
